Guidelines for Invited Speakers

1. On-Site Presentation

1) Official Language: English

2) Presentation time: 20 min (symposium, MDT session, education session and nurse session),
25 min (Plenary lecture, Memorial lecture and Presidential lecture)

2. Virtual Presentation

1) Official Language: English

2) Presentation time: 20 min (symposium, MDT session, education session and nurse session),
25 min (Plenary lecture, Memorial lecture and Presidential lecture)

3) Presentation File Format: .avi or .mp4
* If you use PowerPoint for recording, please click the following address.

* If you are using other methods recording the video please feel free to use it.

4) Resolution of Video: high definition (720p or 1080p)

5) Real time Q&A online will not be prepared. However, we provide your e-mail address to attendees, and they will ask some questions via email.

Guidelines for Free Paper

1. Oral Presentation (On-site or Virtual presentation)

  • Official Language: English
  • Presentation Time: 6 minutes (discussion time: 2 minutes)
  • Make an on-site presentation or present using pre-recorded video (We prefer presentation using pre-recorded video)
  • Discussion online with only domestic presenter who use pre-recorded video (We are sorry that we cannot have discussion time with foreign presenter)

* On-site presentation File Format: .pptx or .ppt
* Pre-recorded Video File Format: .avi or .mp4
* Resolution of Video: high definition (720p or 1080p)
* Time length of video: 6 minutes
* Deadline for recorded video submission is 31 August 2021 before 24:00.

2. Poster Presentation Guideline (Only virtual presentation)

  • Official Language: English
  • Presentation Time: 3 minutes
  • Pre-recorded File Format: .avi or .mp4 (ppt file is not available)
  • Resolution of Video: high definition (720p or 1080p)
  • Video will be playing in the section of Poster Presentation in KINGCA Week 2021.
  • Deadline for recorded video submission is 31 August 2021 before 24:00.
